NightHawk operates with a strict no-logs policy. Connection metadata is not retained beyond the active session. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3.
We do not share, sell, or distribute user data to third parties under any circumstances. Tor access is available for operators who require additional anonymity layers.
